Music is life to me. It’s an art form that can move me in ways that I can’t quite put into words. Most of the songs I listen to make me want to sing along (vocal history), dance (theatre, dance background), move my body (it’s in my DNA), and some even make me ugly cry.
I am that random person who is swaying, bobbing my head, and shaking it as subtly as I can in public places. I am that person who constantly has headphones on her ears. If I was to paint a self-portrait, I would have to include headphones, lip gloss, and a notebook.
So yes, I like to move it move it.

I like to move it to:
NELLY Hot in herre (Classic)
You know that feeling when you’re so into the song your body gets a mind of it’s own and moves in ways that you would if you were home alone in your room? This is that and more. The music courses through your body.
USHER Yeah
It sets up a very swanky club scene; these two people amazing chemistry and move to the centre of the dance floor together. What more do you need?
USHER (again) Love In This Club
Pretty sure Usher has all but cornered the market for hot club and dance tracks.
USHER Scream
See what I mean?
TINA TURNER Simply The Best
She is simply the best, better than all the rest…etc.
TUPAC California Love
ONE DIRECTION Stole My heart
Have you heard the beat on this boy band track? It’s riotous, loud, infectious…everything a good dance track should be. Seriously, go listen to it right now if you haven’t.
BACKSTREET BOYS Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)
Iconic boy band, and one of their best songs in my opinion. It’s so much fun; the opening beats are like a public service announcement: Ladies and gentleman, be prepared to have your mind blown, and dance like a damn fool.
That’s a very short list, and it doesn’t even cover half of it.
Maybe Tomorrow, I’ll list songs I like to sing along and be swept away by.
Bye bye for now.
