
Nurish your body inside and out. Love your body for what it is, and take care of it by eating healthy an being active. Leave it at that. Ignore the numbers and the inches, and feel the increase in energy. Regard how comfortably our clothes fit, and enjoy the change. Stop picking at your body for problems.
This GIF fascinated me because it reminds me of all the body image issues I use to have before I learned to love myself. It’s time you all do too. Embrace yourself and not the numbers above all.
